Yes! Flowroute offers faxing service via the T.38 protocol.
How do I use Flowroute’s fax service?
Similar to the voice and SMS/MMS, we can integrate with any T.38-compatible fax machines, ATAs or servers.
How much does the Flowroute fax service cost?
We charge the same for faxing as we do for calling, $0.005/minute for inbound faxes and $0.00833/minute for outbound faxes. For example, if a fax takes 10 minutes to send, we charge the same as what a 10-minute outbound call would take.
Am I limited on the number of faxes I can send?
No. You can send unlimited faxes with Flowroute. If you are looking for volume pricing, please contact our sales team.
Can I call and fax from the same phone number?
Yes. All numbers hosted on Flowroute are T.38-enabled, so you can call, fax, and text from the same number.
