Last month, BCM One, a provider of NextGen Communications and managed services for IT leaders and resellers, announced it acquired the assets of Flowroute from Intrado Corporation.
Flowroute’s scalable cloud-based communications services, HyperNetwork™, advanced APIs, and intelligent messaging capabilities will build on the foundation of BCM One’s Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) offerings. BCM One will also strengthen its presence on the West Coast through the acquisition.
“This is an exciting milestone for Flowroute, our team and customers,” said Flowroute’s Vice President of Engineering, Dan Rubins. “We’re thrilled to be part of BCM One’s impressive portfolio of SIP trunking and cloud communications solutions and are eager to support the company’s growth as a leading managed services provider.”
The acquisition of the assets of Flowroute was BCM One’s third acquisition in the SIP trunking space and eighth acquisition as part of its investment as a next-generation communications and managed service company and platform.
