Flowroute Payment FAQs 

How can I reach the Payment Portal? 

You may access the Payment Portal through the Make Payment link in the Customer Care Portal. 

How can I reach the Customer Care Portal? 

You can reach the Customer Care Portal at https://care.bcmone.com. The Customer Care Portal allows you to view and download invoices as well as run reports, manage contacts, and open trouble and billing tickets. 

Is how I pay changing? 

No, the remittance details are not changing.  We are simply adding a second way that will allow you to pay by ACH or eCheck and to set up autopay. 

Is my invoice due date changing? 

No. 

What methods of payment can I use? 

We encourage you to pay by ACH/Echeck (electronic check) or you can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express) 

Can I still make payments in the Flowroute Manage Portal? 

Yes, you can still make credit card payments in the Flowroute Manage Portal.  The Flowroute Manage Portal only accepts credit card payments.  The BCM One Customer Care Portal will allow you to pay by ACH/eCheck and to set up autopay. 

I currently am set up to pay Flowroute with wire transfer/ACH/Echeck payments that are initiated through my bank. Do I have to set up wire transfers or ACH/Echeck payments in this new Payment Portal? 

No, if you are set up to make payments through your bank, you do not need to make any changes. 

Can I set up autopay through the new Payment Portal? 

Yes! You can register in the Payment Portal to set up automatic payments via ACH/Echeck or credit card to one or multiple accounts. Or you may choose to make only a single payment. Note: Autopay must be set up at least one day before the due date or it will not take eect until the following month. 

Can I pay for multiple accounts? 

Yes, you can make payments to one account number or multiple accounts. 

How long does it take for my payment to be credited to my account? 

Payments made before 6 pm ET will be reflected in your account the next business day. 

Will I be charged a late fee if my payments are late? 

Yes, a 1.5% fee will be assessed on all late balances. For additional details, please refer to your terms and conditions. We encourage you to enroll in autopay to ensure that all payments are paid by the due date to avoid incurring late fees. 

Will I receive a receipt? 

Yes, you will receive a receipt from BCM One via email after making a payment. Please note, if payments are made by credit card in the Manage Portal, you will receive a receipt from Stripe.

Is the Payment Portal secure? 

Yes, Paymentus Instant Payment Network (IPN) enables you to securely and confidently make payments. Paymentus uses integrated fraud management, and is SOC 1 and SOC 2, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.
