Over the last 11 years, the Flowroute team has grown to become a leader in the cloud communications space with a singular mission: To become the AWS of real-time communications. It started with the simplicity of the phone number, but because of the gravity of our mission, it has grown to something much greater. Now, through our APIs and Manage portal, enterprises and communication service providers can not only purchase phone numbers, but they can also set up call routing, SMS and MMS, and a variety of other related communication services.

Flowroute is now officially a part of the West Corporation family! Through this acquisition, we have the opportunity to realize our vision faster and accelerate growth by enabling West to offer exciting software-centric telecommunications and networking solutions to existing and new customers.
There are a couple of reasons that made West the perfect choice for us. First, they immediately realized the value of being able to provide programmatic access to telecom for its customers. When you pair that with Flowroute’s patented nationwide HyperNetwork™ there was a clear path of how West could deliver carrier-grade calling and messaging services with unparalleled reliability, reach, and simplicity across their customer-base and organization. And secondly, they were excited by the depth of telecom knowledge and software experience each and every employee brings to the table – with clear goals to retain and grow the team.
We firmly believe through this acquisition we will have the opportunity to accelerate the value we bring to our customers by way of increased resources and investment being made into our cloud communication offerings.

No, Flowroute customers will not experience any changes in service as a result of this acquisition. You will receive the same great service and support as you have become accustomed to.
